A socio-cultural, non-partisan and pressure organisation of Ijaw women worldwide, the Ijaw Women Connect (IWC) held its National Day event tagged “Ijaw Women’s Day 2021” on Saturday, 13 November 2021 by 1pm at the Azareels Place, Mechanic Road, Akenfa in the capital of Bayelsa State, Yenagoa. Where highly distinguished sons and daughters of Ijaw Nation where present addressing the numerous yearnings of the Ijaw people.
